Dish Label example
Mapo tofu Contains soy and chile. Traditionally contains minced pork.
Har gow Contains shellfish. Wrapper may contain wheat starch.
Dan dan noodles Contains wheat, sesame, soy, chile. May contain pork or peanuts.
Beef chow fun Contains soy. Rice noodles may be cooked in a shared wok.
Spring rolls Contains wheat. Cooked in shared fryer.
